Following the latest government update, we wanted to confirm what this means for our clients at Snowberry Lane Clinic. We are now open for most treatments*, so you can continue on your journey to better skin.
As the majority of our clients are defined as having a healthcare purpose, we remain open in England to continue their treatment. If we need to move your treatment, please bear with us, and we will contact you. We are also able to deliver consultations in line with the latest Government advice. We will be able to offer our full range of treatments from Monday 12th April. Until then, we will remain open for consultations and medical treatments.
We continue to put client and staff safety at the heart of what we do. We continually review our COVID Safety Policy, team training and clinic auditing. We go above and beyond all required safety protocols to support our teams and enable them to work in the safest manner to protect themselves and our clients.

Following the latest Government updates announcing a national lockdown in England, we wanted to update you on what this means for your appointment at Snowberry Lane.
Due to the escalating nature of COVID-19 and the tighter restrictions on travel, it is vital as a leading medical business that we play our part in helping to support and protect our NHS colleagues.
At Snowberry Lane we work proudly in conjunction with leading industry bodies to develop the best safety protocols.
The on-going safety and care of our clients and colleagues is our highest priority. As a result, we have made the decision that our clinic will be operating at reduced hours to ensure all essential medical treatments can continue to be carried out. You can be rest assured, as always, this will be in a CQC registered, clinical environment, ensuring the highest standard of hygiene, treatment and care from our expert team of doctors and nurses.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to treat any clients that do not have an essential medical need while lockdown restrictions are in place. As such, we will need to postpone any upcoming appointments that are not medically essential.
We will be in touch to re-book your appointment for a later date. As you can imagine, our clinic team is incredibly busy, so please bear with us while we get in touch with all affected clients over the next few days and please do keep an eye on our website for updates.
