Welcoming you back to the clinic

We are open for business and looking forward to seeing you. We’ve been open since the beginning of August, so we’ve had time to learn how to best work with the new guidelines and protocols. We’re doing everything in our power to ensure that you are safe when you visit, so that you feel confident to trust us with your cosmetic needs.

Below we’ve outlined some of the measures that we are implementing to ensure that our clinic meets the highest standards of health and safety:

Before your appointment

In line with Government guidelines we ask that all clients visit the following link: https://www.nhs.uk/apps-library/nhs-covid-19/ and download the NHS COVID-19 app ahead of visiting the clinic so that you can check-in on arrival.

Before your appointment we will go through a comprehensive questionnaire with you to ensure that you are in good health to attend the clinic. You must have an appointment to attend the clinic, we are not open for impromptu visits. If you require a product, please call us on 01225 700072 and we will make arrangements for you to collect the item at your convenience.

Staff monitoring

As well as ensuring that you are well enough to visit, we are also monitoring our staff daily to ensure that they are well enough to treat you. This includes questionnaires and temperature checks. No member of the team will attend the clinic if they are presenting any symptoms and they will isolate at home for 14 days as per NHS advice.

On the day of your appointment

  • Only clients with pre-booked appointments are able to come into the clinic.
  • Please attend your appointment unaccompanied.
  • Upon arrival, you will have to ring buzzer to gain entrance
  • Your temperature will be taken and a questionnaire will be given to complete.
  • You will be asked to wash your hands and wear a face covering or mask for the duration of the appointment.
  • We ask that you do not bring personal possessions to the clinic.
  • Please limit the wearing of jewelry.
  • Minimal or no make-up should be worn.

Hand Hygiene

We are enforcing strict hand hygiene for all employees and clients, requiring them to wash their hands for at least 20 seconds before all treatments, and any activity that could result in hands becoming contaminated. The clinic also has regular hand sanitising dispensers for client use, on arrival and before leaving our clinics.

PPE

Our employees will all be wearing full PPE appropriate to their department offering protection for them and for you. We will be providing clients with face masks on arrival to wear for your appointment.

Cleaning and disinfecting

We use high grade disinfectant have introduced more frequent and thorough cleaning with time built in between each appointment to clean our treatment rooms before the next client arrives.
