When you are big, people look past you it’s so easy to hide your hurt, anxiety and pain behind a false smile.

I’m ready to make changes but the amount of weight I need to lose is overwhelming -I can’t do this...

On 26 June, you removed a cyst from my nose and three moles from my body (two under-arm, one back).

I just wanted to thank you. The sites on my body are healing nicely, although I am just happy that these are gone and am not too bothered about scars. However it is the cyst removal that is amazing. It healed nicely but remained slightly red until last week and now I have to look incredibly closely to see the slight indentation.

It was funny because I kept looking in the mirror to see what had been done but as there was a red sore there, then a scab, then a red mark, in exactly the same place as the cyst had been, I didn’t get to appreciate the removal. However, now it is the same colour as the rest of my skin I am incredibly happy. I had that cyst since I was 15 and was very self-conscious. When I heard about your technique and the possibility of removing it, I actually became quite upset. It is everything that I hoped it would be. So thank you.

In August 2014 I started my diet at the Snowberry Lane Clinic; I had wanted to lose 2 stone and had tried previously to no avail.

I was particularly attracted to the medical overseeing and as it turned out, I do have a very low metabolic rate, which accounted for earlier failures!

Happily by mid-November I had lost 12.5kilos

I had high blood pressure and was getting lots of migraines and was overweight, I didn’t want to start taking pills so felt that I would try Alevere Weight Reduction Therapy. I saw the lovely team at Snowberry lane Clinic and started back in September. I have lost nearly 3 stone and feel absolutely great. My blood pressure is now normal and I haven’t had a migraine since last year. The added bonus is I look great and have more energy, I would recommend this to everyone.

I choose Alevere Weight Reduction Therapy as all my clothes were tight and my weight was getting out of control. I have been on it for about 5 months and have lost around 4 stone I look incredible, as my husband says. You see pictures of before and after and wonder if it’s true and you think great but I’ve tried diets and they don’t work.  But I take it all back with Alevere.  I’d seen the advertisements in the Easyjet magazine but the nearest clinic would not have made it easy to get there regularly.  And then I saw that they’d opened one in Melksham.

Motivation didn’t come easily with my lifestyle

When you are on the road all the time travelling, catching planes and trains it’s difficult to get food at the right time and you fall into the ‘bad food’ trap.  But I had all the tests and thought it’s going to cost a bit but I’ve got to persevere with it.

Making shakes on a train platform isn’t easy

Trying to stick to the regular eating times was not easy so shakes were being made on train platforms, airport terminals and in the car.  But once you get into the routine it becomes a way of life. Restaurants looked at me as if I was mad just asking for bit of salad but it paid off.

Losing the weight has made me a better person

Because of losing the weight my whole personality changed back to what it was years ago.  I felt more confident and when you feel good about yourself you become a different person.  And even enjoy buying new clothes.

Alevere changed my life

I saw an advert for Alevere in an inflight magazine, I made sure no-one was looking as I ripped out the page and stuffed it in my pocket!

I am only 5ft 2in and weighed 11st 10lbs, I hated the way I looked and felt, it was affecting my whole lifestyle, I wouldn't go out, and although I had wardrobes full of clothes nothing fitted or looked nice.

I would say that the first 3 days are difficult but after that it was so easy and at times I had to make sure that I ate enough!

The therapists are so lovely and understanding along with all the staff at Melksham, they have all helped me transform my life.

I am now at my target level, they have all helped me achieve my new body shape and helped me re-educate my eating patterns. I can't recommend Alevere highly enough; it is a commitment that will give you a new lease of life! (After buying clothes in a size 16 I now buy a size 10 I walk taller have loads more energy and heaps of confidence, I am also a 61 year old grandma! So you are never too old for a lifestyle change!) I am in my mid 60's and I'm thrilled that I am now feeling like my oldself again after losing weight on the Alevere program.

Having undergone the BodyJet procedure on my male chest are, I must say that I was very impressed with my experience at Snowberry Lane Clinic. I was made to feel very comfortable during my visit, and there was no discomfort at all throughtout the procedure.
I was able to drive home straight after, and returned to work within a few days. as I do a manual job, there was some soreness and pulling but a lot less than I expected. Some bruising appeared on the third day, but after a few more days had completely gone.

I am very pleased with the results, which were immediately noticeable, and they have slowly improved over the last five months. I throuoghly recommend the BodyTite procedure and Dr Gabriel and his team.

I am writing as promised to let you know how happy and impressed I have been with the results of my facial treatments to date. The unslightly blue vein underneath my left eye has vanished thanks to the laser treatment, the texture of my skin all around my eyeshas dramatically improved since the radio-frequency, becoming firmer and smoother, the dark circles have disappeared so that I no longer need any make-up concealer, the dermal fillers have corrected the sunken appearence under my eyes that made me lookaged, sad and tired along with softening the ridges around my mouth and last but not least, the Botox injections have got rid of the fine lines on my forehead and near my eyes.

I look and feel at least 10 years younger and people have commented on how good and healthy I look.

Three months ago I had a a procedure to remove a stubborn roll of fat on my tummy. Dr Gabriel did a BodyJet treatment which was not unpleasant. Today I had a check up and a TiteFx treatment to help things along. I am so very happy with the results and Dr Gabriel told me in the next few months it will get even better. I have been doing tummy exercises to help things along.

I would like to let you know how pleased I am with your advise, procedure and after care you and your team have given me. You advised BodyJet to reduce my abdomen which you did for me 3 months ago. I found that having the procedure was very beneficial to me as having excess fat removed made me more comfortable. After the first 5-6 weeks I resumed my weekly swim and Zumba classes which I was keen to get back to as my new shape made excercise more possible.

I really feel that the whole experience has given a boost to my wish to lose weight and get fit.

After many years of workouts and dieting I realized I was never going to get rid of my love handles and man boobs. It was only after being recommended to Dr Rupert Gabriel and having a BodyJet and BodyTite treatment that I fully achieved my weight goal and body shape. The treatment was surprisingly painless and took realatively little time to complete but the results were instant. I would recommend this procedure to anyone who finds it difficult loosing the extra pounds in those difficult places.

• One of my procedures was on my face and I was very worried but while still healing , I am very happy with the whole process and would recommend to others.

From the minute I arrived, I was made to feel at ease. My procedure involved removal of a skin tag from my groin area, not a nice procedure and slightly embarrassing, so it was nice to be reassured all the time. After much research and serious consideration I decided to have radio surgery at Snowberry Lane Clinic and I am so glad I did. I have been three times in the last year to have not only radio surgery but scar revision. I am absolutely delighted with the results; I would say that it would be extremely difficult to find the same level of honesty, care, kindness and professionalism that I received from Dr Gabriel and his team.

I have felt completely at ease from my first meeting with Dr Gabriel and cannot recommended him highly enough, he has always been very honest about what results you may hope to achieve and I have been truly amazed, I would struggle to put into words the difference it has made to my life and would urge anyone to discuss their own circumstances or any concerns about having radio surgery with him personally.

Although any cosmetic treatment can appear expensive, I feel for the amount I have had done it is very good value for money especially considering the difference it has made to my life, anyone who is thinking of having the surgery is probably suffering the same anguish that I have for so many years. I have researched at great length the different lotions and potions you can buy with all the false promises they carry, I would say forget them and possibly damaging your skin and speak to DR Gabriel.

I recently had the body jet procedure followed by JAFT and to say the least I am over the moon with the outcome. I had the body jet procedure done on my stomach the procedure with the anaesthetic being in the water jet, which in turn also removed the fat. The procedure was painless and left no scars however it was sore the next day and tender for a week. I wore a corset for a couple of weeks and it took around 8 weeks for the total numbness to wear off and now I have a much flatter stomach. Some of the fat removed was injected into my hands and face with a procedure called JAFT, my hands now look ten years younger and my face has a more plump youthful look both these were painless. My hands were tender for a few days but my face was fine from day one. I had a little bruising from the body jet, none on my face and a small amount on my hands from the JAFT. This is an amazing procedure with little discomfort and a fantastic result. I would readily recommend this to anyone.

I would rather have this procedure ten times over than a single filling at the dentist; no pain, slight discomfort, over in ten minutes. Took one Ibuprofen tablet when I got home but probably that was not even needed. No post operative pain whatsoever, noticed a slight 'pulling' sensation for a few days, no scar. All of my friends boasted major bruising and pain after their 'traditional' NHS treatments…. I boasted no bruising and no pain. Before the procedure I asked you quite a lot of technical questions pertaining to the procedure and the equipment you used and you patiently satisfied my curiosity in complete satisfaction. Quite frankly, I would strongly advise anyone to avail themselves of your services...my GP said the same!

I have had two C02 Laser Treatments with Dr. Gabriel at the Snowberry Lane Clinic in Melksham. Before I had the treatment, my skin was uneven in condition as a result of the years of picking and sun damage. I did not think there was any hope for me. After the treatments I was totally astounded with the improvement of my skin quality and there has been a major reduction in the severity of the scarring. I was recently visiting family in South Africa and all commented on how healthy my skin was looking.
